Zhajiangmian, or Traditional Beijing Noodles with Soy Bean Paste, is a traditional snack commonly served in Beijing. A decades-old eatery nestling in Fangzhuanchang Hutong near Nanluoguxiang is said to offer one of the best tastes, and has attracted flocks of tourists from other places. The authentic Beijing flavor has left them a deep impression.
