With the theme of "Integration and Harmony", the 2024 PAS Percussion Week is set to be held from July 31 to August 6 at the Goldsail Concert Hall in Beijing. The event aims to explore the global diversity of percussion arts by blending traditional Chinese and Western percussion with modern sounds and electronic music, creating a thrilling musical experience.

Now in its eighth edition, the PAS Percussion Week brings together more than 40 percussion educators and virtuosos from across the world. The program includes expert lectures and concerts where musicians will showcase their local cultural traditions, share their musical insights, and demonstrate their performance skills. The audience will have the opportunity to appreciate a variety of percussion genres, from traditional Chinese drum music and contemporary pops to Western classics and world percussion.
