National Centre for the Performing Arts (NCPA), a world-class national performing arts center, integrates multiple functions including performance management, drama production, art popularization and education, art exchange, event hosting, and development of creative products. NCPA's main activity is the production and staging of excellent products of theatrical art, focusing on five categories of performances (opera, music, dancing, drama, and traditional Chinese opera). NCPA has its own chorus, orchestra, drama ensemble, opera ensemble, and BDA Youth Dance Troupe.
