Located in central Beijing, Beihai Park is currently the earliest and best preserved classical imperial garden with the most profound culture in China. Built around Beihai Lake, the park covers an area of 69 hectares (including a water area of 39 hectares), and is mainly composed of the Jade Islet, eastern bank area and northern bank area.

Peak Season (From April 1 to October 31): 8:00-18:00 (Last entry at 17:30)
Off Season (From November 1 to March 31): 8:30-17:00 (Last entry at 16:30)
Except for the Round City, other scenic spots in the park are closed on Mondays (Except for statutory holidays).
