Mei Lanfang is a famous Peking Opera artist in China. Mei Lanfang Memorial is a typical Beijing-style Siheyuan (four-side enclosed courtyard). The main courtyard preserves the original appearance of Mei Lanfang's old residence, with the　furnishings of the meeting room, study, bedroom, and living room and their settings displayed the same way as during the days when Mei Lanfang was alive. The east and west exhibition rooms feature special exhibitions with their contents updated from time to time. The outer courtyard exhibition hall presents Mei Lanfang's life of art and social activities in the form of photos.
