On August 28, Huilongguan Sports and Cultural Center was officially opened to the public. This complex includes both a sports and fitness center as well as a cultural and arts center. With an underground parking facility offering approximately 700 parking spaces, it serves as a brilliant venue for sports activities, cultural activities, and leisure, with high-quality venue services for around 400,000 residents in the surrounding 55 communities and six villages of the Huitian Area (an area encompassing the sub-districts of Huilongguan, Tiantongyuan, etc.).

Inside the center are the facilities for 11 different sports activities, including badminton courts, an ice skating rink, an area for wall-climbing, swimming pools, a table tennis hall, basketball courts, tennis courts, a gym, a combat arena, an archery range, and an outdoor athletic field. The cultural and arts center, covering an area of about 25,000 square meters, houses a library, a theater, and an event center. In the future, the venue will host periodic large-scale sports events and serve as a venue for cultural performances as well as regular promotional events during summer and winter vacations, to provide high-quality services to residents of the Huitian Area.
