On June 25, the Beijing Capital International Airport launched a series of new services, including "All Procedures with One Certificate", "Home Away from Home", and "No-worry Flight Delay".
The "All Procedures with One Certificate" service will be available during this summer's travel peak, specifically for domestic passengers departing from Terminal 3. With a Second-generation Resident Identity Card or a Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card, passengers can complete all procedures, including ticket purchase, check-in, security check, and boarding, within Terminal 3.
The "Home Away from Home" service is designed for international travelers, providing such services as multilingual information guides and convenient payment solutions for commercial transactions. Currency exchange counters and payment consultation centers have been set up inside and outside the baggage claim area and in the international departure hall.
The "No-worry Flight Delay" service ensures that passengers receive immediate updates on flight delays through broadcasts and flight information display systems. In addition, the Beijing Capital International Airport, in collaboration with Sichuan Airlines and other carriers, will distribute flight disruption vouchers to the passengers. These vouchers can be used at various restaurants and retail stores in the terminal during the delay period.
