With the successful hosting of important events like the Winter Olympic Games, Beijing's Shijingshan District has garnered increasing attention from all over the world over the past few years. Now, there is a brand new, high-standard international business landmark standing in the pilot area of the international opening-up and cooperation zone. The Pacific Eagle Center is jointly built by Singapore's Royal Golden Eagle Group and China Resources Group.

Located in the southeastern region of Shougang Park, the pilot area of the international opening-up and cooperation zone comprises two projects, i.e., Pacific Eagle Center and Shoucheng Times Center. It has a total floor area of over 500,000 square meters and a total investment of over CNY 10 billion.

As the first project to be completed in the pilot area, the Pacific Eagle Center enjoys the central position with a total floor area of about 85,000 square meters and a building height of about 100 meters, marking the highest office building in the area. It is expected to be delivered in September and then start operation.

Geographically, the center holds the central position of the southeastern region of Shougang Park, and has quick access to Fushi Road, the west extension line of Chang'an Avenue and Lianshi Road, with a 30-minute drive to CBDs like Financial Street and Zhongguancun. It is easily accessible by public transport, e.g. Subway Line 1, Line 11 and the planned Line R1 connecting rail hubs such as Beijing South Railway Station and Beijing West Railway Station.

Since the very beginning of the design, the project developers and management staff have been committed to creating a high-quality landmark building in the western Beijing CBD.

Externally, the facades of the center are made of natural stone materials of Italian origin and glass curtain wall. Such design not only realizes practical functions, but also fully considers the feeling of human body and visual scale, as well as good ventilation and indoor lighting. Several top brands will be introduced to the center in addition to the common business facilities such as banks, cafes, gyms, etc.

The highlight of the center is a public garden on the 21st floor, which is designed as a semi-open sky-garden courtyard. This high-quality space offers a bird view of Shijingshan District, and will be a new Internet-famous spot in western Beijing.

As Shijingshan District is building itself into a green and low-carbon comprehensive service district in the western part of the capital, the Pacific Eagle Center project, with its green, ecological and sustainable concept for architecture and public space design is in line with the developing orientation of Shijingshan District. The pilot area has a green rate of up to 65 percent with access to urban parks of 120,000 square meters. So far, the center has been rated as a national three-star green building (the highest standard of its kind) and got the LEED gold certification.

Targeting leading enterprises and transnational enterprises, in the future the center will mainly serve customers in industries of digital economy, green and "dual carbon", fintech, etc.
