Recently, the Beijing branch of the National Financial Regulatory Administration launched the Financial Convenience Service Map, a new innovative service. Citizens can use the "Jingrongshouhu" WeChat mini program to find the nearby bank outlets offering demonstration counter services for the convenience of the public, special financial services, services for the visually impaired, services for foreign nationals, and services for the elderly.
Under the guidance of the Beijing branch of the National Financial Regulatory Administration, Beijing Banking Association developed this map which integrates details of bank outlets, special financial services, and feedback channels, with dedicated English services to provide more convenient and accurate financial service guidance to both Chinese people and foreigner nationals in Beijing.
In addition, the newly released book Finance for Foreigners: An Essential Guide (Foreigners Edition) is the fifth publication in the Finance for Foreigners series. Published in both English and Chinese, it covers all aspects of financial services for foreigners in China and abroad through five major scenarios, namely traveling, studying abroad, living, business activities, and overseas issues, from making daily payments to investments and business ventures. The book aims to help foreigners understand the relevant processes and improve their practices. It not only assists foreign nationals in China in financial payments, but also enables foreign students and business professionals to benefit from the convenience and safety of global financial services. The book is indeed a useful reference publication and a helpful pocket guide for people around the world to benefit from China's financial services.
