The 6th Panjiayuan National Antique Book Expo (Autumn) opened at Beijing's Panjiayuan Antique Market on October 24 and will last until 27. Over 10,000 high-quality vintage books are on display, offering you the opportunity to journey back in time through the pages!

In addition to displays of vintage books and used books of featured brands, the expo also features the Panshuguan Reading Experience Space where customers can read in a peaceful environment. Furthermore, you can learn about ancient publishing techniques on-site by engaging in activities featuring woodblock printing, brass rubbing, and ancient book restoration.

Citizens are choosing books.

The Autumn Art Auction is one of the key activities of this expo. Over 300 used books and manuscripts from the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) are up for auction. In addition, some items of great cultural and collectible value are set to go under the hammer, including the manuscripts from the Ming Dynasty, memorial manuscripts of the Qing Dynasty (1616-1911), and the letters written during the era of the Republic of China (1912-1949).

Visitors are experiencing traditional techniques such as woodblock printing, brass rubbing, and ancient book restoration on-site.

This expo will also launch live-streaming sessions for the first time, inviting prominent Chinese rare book collectors and industrial professionals to discuss the excellent Chinese rare books on display and sale and provide online demonstrations of ancient book restoration methods.
