Wiener Symphoniker Is Coming to Beijing!

Founded in 1900, the Wiener Symphoniker (Vienna Symphony) embodies the rich musical heritage of Vienna while embracing the dynamism of the contemporary era. In 2025, at the commemoration of its 125th anniversary, this renowned orchestra will bring a series of world-class performances to the audience.

The orchestra will make its debut at the Concert Hall of the Beijing Performing Arts Centre on March 29 and 30. The musical journey continues from April 2 to 4, when the orchestra will take the stage at the Concert Hall of the National Centre for the Performing Arts for three consecutive concerts. Audiences can expect a repertoire that showcases the orchestra's exceptional mastery of German and Austrian classical music, featuring Mozart's Symphony No. 38, Richard Strauss's Horn Concerto No.1, and Johann Strauss II's waltzes.

In addition, the orchestra will hold master classes at the China Conservatory of Music, providing Chinese audiences and music enthusiasts with a rare opportunity to interact with and learn from the finest musicians.
