The Capital Library of China Daxing Airport Branch officially opened on July 28, 2021. To meet the reading needs of people in different activity tracks, the library divides its 500-square-meter service space into two areas. One is located on the first floor of the airport terminal in the international arrival area, facing Gate 16. This service space has a collection of more than 3,500 books, with special shelves for Beijing localities, tourism, art, literature, and foreign languages. The second space, which mainly serves air travelers, is located on the second floor of the domestic isolation area at the end of the terminal pier A. The book resources here focus mainly on children's books, literature, economics and management, foreign languages, and periodicals, with a touch screen reading system and support for mobile scanning QR codes for borrowing. It is also equipped with a reading kiosk, which is convenient for friends who enjoy recitation.
