During this time, several notable hotels, such as Yanbin Hotel and Zhongxi Hotel, were established on this street, earning it the moniker of "Hotel Street". Moreover, Beijing Temple Theater (Zhengyici Xilou) hailed as a "living relic" of Peking Opera theaters is an attraction not to be missed.
