On December 15, the transport hub of Beijing Chaoyang Railway Station was put into use together with the opening of Beijing Subway's Line 3. Read this article to learn how to enter and exit this railway station!
Entering the Station
Beijing Chaoyang Railway Station has three entrances: the North Entrance, the South Entrance, and the B1 Entrance.
By subway: Passengers can get off at the subway station of Chaoyang Railway Station on Line 3 and walk for about 2 minutes to the B1 Entrance on the east side of the transfer hall at the transport hub.
By taxi or ride-hailing service: Choose either the North Entrance or the South Entrance as the destination. Notice that cars can stop at the two entrances for "drop-off only", meaning that no parking is allowed. On the west side of the North Entrance is the channel for business class passengers only.
By private car: There are parking areas at the North Entrance and the South Entrance for passengers. Those who do not need to park can find their way to either of the two entrances while adhering to the "drop-off only" regulation.
By bus: The East Square of the railway station is accessible by bus No. 911, No. 413, Dedicated Bus Line 194, and Night Bus Line 13. Passengers can then proceed straight down the city corridor to the railway station and take the escalator to enter the B1 level. Bus No. 418 (shuttle) and Dedicated Bus Line 195 can take you to the railway station's transport hub, where you can walk to the B1 Entrance on the east side of the transfer hall.
Exiting the Station
By subway: Passengers can walk from the exit to the B2 level to leave the station via Subway Line 3.
By taxi: Travelers can proceed to the dispatch stations for taxis. The dispatch station of the transport hub is located on the north side of the transfer hall, close to the Exit 2. Another taxi dispatch station is located on the south side of the B1 level, close to the Exit 1.
By ride-hailing service: Three pick-up points are available to passengers, namely the ride-hailing zone on the B2 level of the transport hub (near the Exit 2), the J/K zone of the south underground parking lot (near the Exit 1), and the eastern above-ground ride-hailing zone of the railway station.
By private car: For pick-up, please choose the underground parking lot on the north side or the east side of the railway station.
By bus: Passengers can get off at the exit leading to the East Square, proceed to the escalator through the city corridor, and take bus No. 911, No. 413, Dedicated Bus Line 194, or Night Bus Line 13 at the East Square of the transport hub. Passengers can also leave the transport hub and go to the hub's first level to board the bus No. 418 (Jinzhan - Transport Hub) and Dedicated Bus Line 195.
