The construction of the Jinzhan International Talent Apartment project has recently started, which will function as an international community integrating high-quality living, commerce, culture and leisure, and provide a secure and excellent living service for internationalized and emerging industries' high-end technical professionals. This project is expected to be completed within two to three years.

The project is located in the planned Jinzhan International Cooperation Service Area (Central Area), covering a total area of 125,700 square meters. It will consist of over 3,000 residential apartments and approximately 2,000 square meters of vibrant commercial facilities. The commercial area will be in the center of the project site, equipped with both an above-ground parking lot and an underground parking garage.
