On April 22, Beijing's largest outlet mall complex celebrated its topping out. Situated on the Zhangjiawan Subway section, the "Wanli" project is designed as a "micro-vacation" town. This complex will feature a mix of high-end shopping malls and artistic hotels, and a variety of facilities to enrich the leisure and entertainment experiences for different types of visitors, such as the Science Exploration Museum, the Children's Experience Museum, and the LIVEHOUSE.

Located close to the Universal Beijing Resort, the project highlights the integration of culture, tourism, and commerce. It benefits from excellent connectivity, being served by Subway Lines 1, 7, and the future Line S6. The completion of the structural work marks an important milestone for the project. Next, it will focus on extensive interior decorations, mechanical and electrical installations, as well as external curtain walls and dome constructions.

The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2024, with conditions set for opening in July 2025. Once operational, it is set to become a new cultural and tourism landmark in the Beijing Municipal Administrative Center.
