The opening ceremony of the 2nd Beijing International Garden Festival was held in Beijing Expo Park on April 28 2021. The festival will last until October 15 of this year.

With a main venue divided into several sections, the exhibition covers a total area of about 60,000 square meters. The exhibition and competition section highlights an exceptional floral ambience brought about by outstanding gardeners, horticultural students, and enthusiasts from China, the United Kingdom, Germany and Japan.

The Garden Show has set up multiple functional themes centering around Parent-Child Garden, Picnic Garden, Afternoon Tea Garden, Fashion Garden, Cute Pet Garden, etc. Over 30 sample gardens, floral installations and plant/flower-themed art museums were presented in the first stage to attract visitors with its distinctive features.
