Recently, at the 2024 Salon for Foreign Diplomats, Business Associations, and Foreign-funded Enterprises in China Visiting the "Two Zones" in Beijing, 13 foreign-funded enterprises were officially recognized as the first batch of the "Global Service Partners of Beijing". Beijing will fully leverage the opening up of its service industries to promote international economic and trade activities and drive economic globalization, and continuously enhance the global service capabilities of "Beijing Services".
In March this year, to provide more high-quality and integrated services to various enterprises and institutions in the service industries, Beijing fully launched the "Global Service Partner Program". The program follows a "1+9+8" framework, where "1" refers to the vision of gathering and nurturing various service enterprises and institutions that align with the capital's functional positioning; "9" refers to the recruitment of the partners from around the world for the nine major service sectors for the development of the Integrated National Demonstration Zone for Opening up the Services Sector and the China (Beijing) Pilot Free Trade Zone ("Two Zones"), including technology services, cultural and tourism services, information services, financial services, education services, health and medical services, professional services, aviation services, and trade services; "8" refers to providing eight integrated services to service partners, including high-level dialogues between governments and enterprises, consulting services, policy matching, demand matchmaking, project implementation, and matchmaking of market resources.

The development of the "Two Zones" has brought open and innovative industrial policies for the growth of foreign-funded enterprises, offering impressive "Beijing Services". Since the start of the development of the "Two Zones" more than three years ago, Beijing has attracted over 100 multinational companies to establish foreign-funded R&D centers in the city, with over 6,000 foreign-funded enterprises having established their presence in Beijing.
