Over the past two years, Shunyi District has leveraged institutional and policy innovation as well as open platforms including the Beijing Capital International Airport Economic Zone and Beijing China-Germany Industrial Park to develop the "Two Zones", greatly enriching its "Two Zones" development model.

As of now, Shunyi District has completed 90 key "Two Zones" development tasks and, independently or jointly with others, launched 15 pilot policies which are first of their kind nationwide. The district has set its key tasks in "Two Zones" development. In 2023, more efforts will be launched to attract foreign investment based on the district's advantages, bringing more policy benefits to enterprises.
