The 25th Beijing-Hong Kong Economic Cooperation Symposium was held in Beijing on December 14 and 15, 2022.

The theme of this year's symposium was "Integrating into a New Pattern and Creating a New Chapter of Cooperation", with 12 events arranged, including three major ones: the Opening Ceremony and Beijing-Hong Kong Cooperation Summit, the Beijing-Hong Kong Cooperation Memorandum Signing Ceremony, and the Signing Ceremony for Major Projects.

The nine theme events were divided into three major sections. The first was the section about service industry opening-up, which included four events respectively themed on "Sharing the Opening Opportunities of the 'Two Zones', Creating the Cooperation Future between Beijing and Hong Kong', joint efforts of Beijing and Hong Kong to promote green "Silk Road" construction, joint exploration of new opportunities for financial development, and exchanges and cooperation in the field of intellectual property. The second was the innovation cooperation section, which included three theme events, namely the Beijing-Hong Kong Youth Science and Technology Innovation Promotion Plan's press conference and Beijing-Hong Kong Youth Science and Technology Innovation Development Forum, a "Beijing-Hong Kong Innovation, Joining Hands for the Future" event and the 5th "Beijing-Hong Kong Youth Entrepreneurship Cup" Competition Finals, and an event themed on "Beijing-Hong Kong Cooperation and Joint Development: Building a Shared Community of Health for All". The third was the digital economy section, which featured Beijing-Hong Kong information industry cooperation and an event themed on "Reducing Pollution and Carbon Emission, Promoting High-quality Development". Two investment exchange events were also held.
