About the venue:

China International Exhibition Center (Tianzhu Branch; CIEC Tianzhu Branch) is a project that was initiated and invested by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade. It has a grand scale, well-equipped facilities, and established functions. This venue was planned to realize the overall synergy with Jing'anzhuang Branch, a 30 minutes' drive from the venue, thus to implement integrated operation and management. The venue has housed many globally well-known exhibitions such as machine tool exhibition, automobile exhibition, printing exhibition, communication exhibition, metallurgy exhibition and glass exhibition, and is the first choice for domestic and foreign exhibition organizers and exhibitors who intend to hold exhibitions and fairs in the capital city. 

The total planned land area of CIEC Tianzhu Branch is 155.5 hectares. Upon completion, it will be the largest exhibition center with the most comprehensive functions in Beijing. It consists of 16 separable single-structure, single-storey individual exhibition halls featuring large space and no pillars, with a total indoor area of 200,000 square meters for use. Individual exhibition halls can independently accommodate small exhibitions, or connect with each other through internal passages to accommodate large events. In Phase I, 8 exhibition halls were built and put into operation, providing an indoor area of 100,000 square meters and an outdoor area of 50,000 square meters. Since it was put into operation in 2008, the number of exhibitions held here increased rapidly year by year. Now it houses more than 30 exhibitions every year, and most of them are domestically or globally well-known large- and medium-sized exhibitions, which have greatly promoted the rapid development of the exhibition industry in Beijing and made new contributions to the growth of the convention and exhibition economy and trade business in our country. 

CIEC Tianzhu Branch is located in the business district of Tianzhu Airport Economic Development Zone in Shunyi District of Beijing, adjacent to Beijing Capital International Airport on the east and to Wenyuhe River Ecological Corridor on the west. The venue benefits from beautiful landscape and convenient traffic. It is surrounded by the high-grade highway network composed of Beijing-Miyun Road, the Fifth Ring Road, the Sixth Ring road, the airport expressway and the Beijing-Chengde expressway, and is also accessible via public transportation, such as light rail train, city bus, airport bus and taxi.
