As the 2024/25 new snow season unveils, all major ski resorts in Chongli have opened one after another. Get ready for the snowy winter!

Thaiwoo Ski Resort

Thaiwoo Ski Resort was the main venue for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, with 31 ski slopes. It features a strong European style, with hot springs, craft beer bars, cafés, and various restaurants. Thaiwoo Ski Resort started a snowmobile crossing project this year and constructed a forest ski piste.

Opening hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30-16:30; Saturday and Sunday: 8:30-17:00 (cable car available time)

Wanlong Paradise Resort

Wanlong, known as "China's Powder Snow Paradise", boasts over 32 excellent ski slopes, including Chongli Ski Resort's 554-meter vertical drop.

The resort is equipped with five hotels, eight themed restaurants with bars, cafés, a hot spring SPA, and a children's amusement park. Ski aficionados who choose to take the high-speed rail to Wanlong can disembark at Taizicheng Station, where a complimentary shuttle bus will drop them off within 15 minutes.

Opening hours: daytime: 8:30-16:30; nighttime: 18:30-21:30

Forlong Four Seasons Town

Forlong Ski Resort is close to Chongli City, and people can get there from Chongli Railway Station. The ski resort has 42 ski slopes totaling 30 kilometers in length and a snowmaking area of one million square meters. The multipurpose ski service center at the ski resort offers a wide range of services, including food and catering, a sports school, and ski equipment rental.

Cuiyun Mountain Galaxy Ski Resort

With a drop of 320 meters, Cuiyun Mountain Galaxy Ski Resort boasts 12 ski slopes totaling 300,000 square meters, comprising three primary slopes, six intermediate slopes, and three high-class slopes.

The only ski resort in Chongli that has a specialized snowboarding is Cuiyun Mountain Galaxy Ski Resort. The 80,000 square meter space is dedicated to creating a kids-only snow park.

Opening hours: 8:00-17:00, no entry after 16:00

Genting Snow Park

In addition to serving as the training ground for the Chinese National Ski Team, Genting Snow Park will host the freestyle skiing and snowboarding events at the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics and the 2022 Beijing Winter Paralympics.

The ski resort features five world-class high-speed cable cars with fully heated seats, as well as 13 advanced slopes, 20 intermediate slopes, two primary slopes, six off-piste slopes, and a snow park.

The ski resort will provide night skiing activities this season. The night ski service is said to run until 9:30 p.m. daily, and the piste is roughly 10 kilometers long.

The board's opening has been rescheduled from November 15 to November 20 to guarantee the finest snow conditions, skiing safety, and skiing quality. The event will now take place on November 23.
