Built in 1980, the Art Gallery of China National Academy of Painting opened to the public in 1985. The art museum consists of two floors, with a multifunctional hall on the first floor and five exhibition halls on the second floor. The gallery has a collection of more than 20,000 art pieces. It has held exhibitions such as the "Exhibition of Collecting Paintings from Past Dynasties" and "Joint Exhibition of Ink Painting by Chinese and Japanese Women Painters".
