The Theatre of China National Opera House will open to the public on the first day of May with performances to be held throughout the month.

On May 1, an excellent concert, jointly presented by notable performers, members of the opera troupe, choir, symphony, stage design, and production center of the China National Opera House, will be staged for audiences to celebrate the opening of the theatre.

Recently, tickets for the first three operas have gone on sale, including the world-classic opera Turandot (May 2 to 4), a repertory opera of the China National Opera House, Road (May 9 to 10), an original opera created by the China National Opera House, The Lady of the Camellias (June 3 to 5, during the Dragon Boat Festival holiday), another repertory opera of the China National Opera House.
