Central University of Finance and Economics offers Chinese language programs to International students from around the world. The programs are designed to enhance students Chinese proficiency and communication skills, with a particular focus on business contexts.
The curriculum includes language courses, Chinese culture workshops, cultural visits, and activities centered on China's economy. Long-term programs last one semester or more, while short-term customized programs typically range from two to four weeks.
Students will be placed in elementary, intermediate, or advanced classes based on their placement test results.

Time and Cost
1. Submit the CUFE online application.
Sign in to the CUFE International Student Service System (https://cufe.17gz.org/).
2. Pay the 600 RMB application fee.
Please note that payments are accepted only via the online payment system in the online application portal. You can use WeChat, Alipay, or foreign credit cards; wire transfers are NOT accepted. Payment guide (http://sice.cufe.edu.cn/info/1038/5373.htm).
3. Admission results released.
4. Pay a 3000 RMB deposit within two weeks of confirming the admission notice. The deposit will be deducted from the student's total tuition.
5. Provide Affidavit of Financial Support.
Insurance
In accordance with the regulations of China's Ministry of Education, CUFE requires all international students (including scholarship students), to purchase comprehensive group insurance in mainland China. Students must pay their health insurance fees before the registration date.
