The GT2HR 2021 Recruitment Fair kicked off in Beijing on September 15, 2021.

The event, which will continue through December, has consisted primarily of online and offline launches, online matchmaking, and offline exchanges.

As of now, 177 positions have already been opened up to international talents from around the world.

The event is a joint initiative by Beijing Overseas Talents Center, Beijing Youth Federation, Beijing Foreign Enterprise Human Resources Service Co., Ltd. under the guidance of Beijing Municipal Talent Work Bureau, Foreign Affairs Office of the People's Government of Beijing Municipality, Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission, Beijing Municipal Education Commission, and the China Communist Youth League Beijing Committee among others. It aims to build a matchmaking platform for outstanding international youth and talented foreign graduates worldwide and speed up clustering of professional scientific research talents who are capable of building connections with high-end international resources and making a global contribution to the development of Beijing into an international center for science and technology innovation and building of the "Two Zones".

In the form of "hundred organizations and companies in Beijing and hundred days online worldwide", the platform's goal for 2021 is to help attract, recruit, retain and employ outstanding international youth talent and provide convenient services in assisting them with attaining work permits, innovation and entrepreneurship, and integration into the community in Beijing.

As of now, 31 well-known scientific research institutions, universities, hospitals and science & technology enterprises in Beijing, including the National Center for Nanoscience and Technology, China National Children's Medical Center, Xiaomi Corporation and Byte Dance have posted a total of 177 positions on the platform open to international talent from across the world.

GT2HR 2021 will continue to posts jobs of one hundred organizations and companies in Beijing open to international talents, and will focus on providing professional and personalized services to employers and international talents for the "Two Zones" in areas of scientific and technological innovation, high-end industries, and international business services among others.
