Wangjing Outer Ring Runway, Chaoyang District

Wangjing Outer Ring Runway, spanning 13.14 kilometers, links five parks: Dawangjing Park, Wanghu Park, Beixiaohe Park, Wanghe Park, and Jinyu Nanhu Park, providing residents of Wangjing and Donghu areas with a good place for fitness and leisure activities.

42-kilometer Greenway, Changping District

Changping District's 42-kilometer Greenway starts from the Apple-themed Park at the Ming Tombs Reservoir on the north and ends up in the Northern Garden of Beijing Olympic Forest Park on the south. It connects several parks, including Aobei Forest Park Cluster, Shahe Wetland Park, and Binhe Forest Park Cluster. The total length of the greenway is 44 kilometers.

Greenway along the Chaobai River

The 30-kilometer-long greenway along the Chaobai River was inaugurated in 2012. Among the hustle and bustle of the city's traffic, you can ride a bicycle and enjoy the greenery of this tree-lined path.

Greenway in Dongjiao Forest Park, Tongzhou District

The greenway in Dongjiao Forest Park spans 116 kilometers and is situated in Tongzhou District.

Greenway along the Guihe River, Yanqing District

The greenway along the Guihe River spans a total length of 18 kilometers and covers an area of 1,026 hectares, comprising 728 hectares of green space and 298 hectares of water body.

Greenway along the Wenyu River

This greenway by the Wenyu River is 2.4 meters wide and 108.5 kilometers long, covering a construction area of 417.2 hectares. It stretchec from Shahezha Reservoir in Changping District to Wuyao Bridge in Tongzhou District, passing through four districts, namely Changping, Shunyi, Chaoyang and Tongzhou.

Greenway in Tongzhou Grand Canal Forest Park

Tongzhou Grand Canal Forest Park is located on both sides of the north section of the Grand Canal and opens all day for free. The greenway has a length of about nine kilometers. It starts from the Tongzhou Canal Bridge and ends at Wuxing Road. There are ginkgoes, Chinese red pines, boxwoods and Chinese hibiscus planted alongside. The best seasons for walking are spring and autumn.

Greenway in Beijing Garden Expo Park, Fengtai District

The Greenway in Beijing Garden Expo Park is 64.5 kilometers long and 2.5 to 3 meters wide, with a slope gradient of less than 8 percent.

Second Ring Road Greenway

The Greenway spans approximately 35 kilometers length. The Second Ring Road is a trunk road with the highest traffic density in Beijing, and it is home to numerous cultural relics and attractions that hold significant historical and cultural value.

Greenway in Shunyi New City Riverside Forest Park

The greenway spans a length of 37 kilometers and traverses through three parks including the areas C, D and E of Shunyi New City Riverside Forest Park.

"Three Hills and Five Gardens" Greenway, Haidian District

The "Three Hills and Five Gardens" Greenway is located in the central part of Haidian District, with a total length of approximately 36.09 kilometers. Walking along the greenway, you can experience a variety of landscapes, ranging from the solemn royal gardens to the leisurely modern parks, the tranquil university campuses and the vibrant community parks, as if you were traveling through time.
