I hold a Belgian driver's license. Do I still have to take the written Chinese driver's license exam?
According to regulations, applicants holding a motor vehicle driver's license issued by Belgium who apply for small car and small automatic transmission car licenses are exempt from taking the exam, and can be directly issued a motor vehicle driver's license.
