Foreign Members of the Startups in the Beijing Integrated Demonstration Zone for Greater Openness in the Service Sector and Foreign Management and Technical Talents Employed by Enterprises in the Service Sector

In accordance with the foreign talents scoring criteria of Beijing Integrated Demonstration Zone for Greater Openness in the Service Sector, foreign nationals who are members of the startups in the Beijing Integrated Demonstration Zone for Greater Openness in the Service Sector or management and technical talents employed by enterprises in the service industry can apply for permanent residence for foreign nationals if their scores are 70 or higher, and have a recommendation letter issued by the Beijing Municipal Commerce Bureau.

1. Two copies of two-inch, frontal, bareheaded, color photos against a white or pale blue background with an electronic copy of the photo submitted by disk.  2. Photocopies of the applicant's valid passport and visa.

2. Photocopies of the applicant's valid passport and visa.

3. The original recommendation letter issued by the Beijing Municipal Commerce Bureau.

4. Proof of no criminal records in a foreign country.

5. Photocopies of physical examination report issued by either a health and quarantine department designated by the Chinese government, or by a foreign medical institution notarized by the Chinese embassy to the country. (The designated health and quarantine department for exit and entry in Beijing is the Beijing International Travel Health Care Center, and the certificate shall be issued within six months prior to the date of application.)

6. Photocopies of the applicant's tax clearance certificate issued by taxation authorities.

7. Photocopies of the employer's registration certificate. If the employer is an enterprise, the duplicate of the business license is required. For other employers, other types of certificates such as the legal person certificate of public institutions shall be provided. If the employer is a foreign-funded enterprise, the approval certificate of the foreign-funded enterprise, or the establishment filling receipt of the foreign-funded enterprise and the modification filling receipt of the foreign-funded enterprise shall also be provided.

8. The original certificate of employment issued by the incumbent employer.

9. Photocopies of the applicant's work permit, employment permit or foreign expert certificate. Information about the applicant's employer, position and personal details should be consistent with that in the certificate of employment and other relevant certificates.

10. Applicants that once had Chinese nationality shall provide  the certificate of residence they obtained for the foreign country, the certificate of naturalization they obtained, and the Chinese passport used for naturalization.

11. Personal CV of the applicant (from 18 years old to present, with no missing gaps between years or months).

1. Any certificate issued by foreign institutions shall be notarized by the Chinese embassy to the said country.

2. A Chinese transcript with the official stamp of the translation company is required for any material in a foreign language.

3. All the original copies shall be verified before submitting photocopies. Photocopies shall be in the A4 format.

4. If the applicant needs a green card with their Chinese name printed, it shall be indicated in the "other things to note" column in the application form.

5. If the applicant hasn't canceled their Chinese household registration, they should submit the application after cancellation.
