A: Hello. You can apply online to have a traffic violation removed through "Management of Violations" on the 12123 app. The traffic police at the place where the violation occurred will be responsible for processing and reviewing your request. 
Alternatively, you can take your People’s Republic of China Driving and Vehicle Licenses to the law enforcement station where the violation occurred and file a complaint there.
