Guang'anmennei Sub-district of Xicheng District issued a three-year action plan themed "Gather in Xuanwan" recently. Four urban stroll routes will be introduced, featuring beautiful hutongs and streets as well as renowned cultural sites in Xicheng. Visitors will immerse themselves in the rich historical and cultural heritage of the Xuannan area.

The four routes are as follows:

Route of Patriotism: Former Residence of Gong Zizhen→Former Residence of Shen Jiaben→Songyun Cottage→Temple of Yang Jiaoshan→Former Site of Jingbao Office→Fuzhou New Guildhall→Former Residence of Ji Xiaolan

Route of Guildhalls: Dongguan Guildhall→Taiyuan Guildhall and She County Guildhall→Shanzuo Guildhall→Shaoxing Guildhall→Huguang Guildhall→Yixing Guildhall

Route of Local Life: Qianmen Street→Dashilar→Meishi Street→Yangmeizhu Xiejie→Liulichang Cultural Street→Dazhiqiao Hutong

It's noteworthy that the "Gather in Xuanwan" three-year action plan also focuses on constructing a demonstration zone for Beijing as an international consumption center city. Guang'anmennei Sub-district plans to tap into new scenarios, business formats, and models at ready locations such as Dazhiqiao Hutong, develop new high-quality consumption spaces, and introduce distinctive brands and first stores.

The action plan also includes the connection of guildhalls and hutongs that represent the Xuannan culture with themed gardens and tree-lined roads. This initiative is set to transform the Baoguo Temple area, the Changchun Temple area and the Guang’anmen North area into garden-style historical zones.
