Located at No. 64, Yongwai Street, Dongcheng District and the southeast of Yongdingmen at the southernmost point of the Central Axis of Beijing, Jinyu Longshuncheng Cultural and Creative Industrial Park is one of several cultural industrial parks under construction in Dongcheng District. The first phase of construction was completed in 2021 with the second phase expected to be finished at the end of October 2022. A stronger cultural ambience will be offered by the complex where visitors can experience the intangible cultural heritage.

Currently, nearly 40 percent of the overall renovation of the park has been completed. After the renovation, more enterprises in the fields of culture, media and art will be encouraged to settle down in the park. Meanwhile, cooperation between enterprises and the park will be strengthened in terms of cultural activities and scenario provision.
