Focused on the concept of integrating culture, technology, and finance, it is committed to becoming a cultural showcase in Xicheng District. It is a prime example of how old factory buildings can be renovated into cultural industry parks. It also acts as a space combining recreation, entertainment, and offices around the Second Ring Road in Beijing. In the park, impellers of different sizes are stacked into small towers reminiscent of the Tianning Temple Tower. Rusty motor pumps are placed as decorations in the green grass by the roadside.

Located at No. 9, Shuangqiao East Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, the Beijing Silon International Cultural and Creative Park is a cultural and creative park reconstructed from old factory buildings. The most distinctive structures in the park, its 46 cement silos, have been recognized as the largest single concentration of cement silos in the world by World Record Certification officials. All of the silos have been installed with lighting devices. At night, the colorful light show produced by these silos highlights the astonishing integration of industrial relics and cutting-edge technology. Deep inside the park, there is a café inside a train. The 400 meters of track and the old-fashioned train itself are perfect for photo shoots.
