Nanshan Ski Resort, located in Henanzhai Town, Miyun District, Beijing, was officially opened to the public on December 4. During the trial phase from December 4 to 8, the resort will admit only 1,500 to 2,000 visitors per day. Night session will begin on December 6. After the start of its official operation on December 9, the resort will be able to accommodate up to 10,000 visitors daily.

This year, Nanshan Ski Resort has introduced significant upgrades to Nanshan Mellow Park, with additional off-trail forest slopes and a new props area. Also, it has extended skiing hours for the afternoon and night sessions to meet the diverse needs of ski enthusiasts. To cater to skiers with varying skill levels, multiple trails have also been remodeled and upgraded.

At the same time, Yunfoshan Ski Resort in Miyun has also opened for the new ski season. According to a local official from Miyun District Bureau of Culture and Tourism, a series of experiential events featuring winter tourism and winter sports will be held in the district throughout December. Package tickets covering ski, hot spring spa, and gourmet as well as selected winter travel routes will be made available, aimed at providing visitors with a broader range of winter outing options in Miyun.
