This year's Beijing Half Marathon, as part of the 2024 Beijing International Running Festival, will begin at 7:00 on April 14. Registration has started at 10:00 on March 12 and will close at 10:00 on March 15.

The half marathon for men and women covers a distance of 21.0975 kilometers. 20,000 participants will start from Tian'anmen Square and conclude at the Celebration Square located in the central area of the Olympic Forest Park.

The regulations state that each competitor must be at least 16 years old on the day of the race and present official documentation of having finished a full marathon in the allotted six hours or a half marathon in three hours between January 1, 2022 and February 29, 2024 (Notice that the results of online marathons do not count).

Participants may register on the official website of Beijing Half Marathon or its partner Apps, including "Maramara" (马拉马拉) and "Athletics" (数字心动).
