The HICOOL 2023 Global Entrepreneur Summit (hereinafter referred to as the "Summit") will be held at the China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi Hall) from August 25 to 27.

The Summit this year is expected to become a high-level one showcasing outstanding global entrepreneurial projects, including the opening ceremony and award ceremony, and the sub-events of five "stages" (i.e. the HICOOL Lounge, the Match-making Stage, the Global Innovation Stage, the New Product Launch Stage, and the Biomedical Stage. The HICOOL Sci-tech and Cultural Consumption Festival will be launched at Shine Hills at the same time.

The opening ceremony of the Summit on the evening of August 25 will include a series of project launches and unveilings. Meanwhile, the HICOOL 2023 Global Entrepreneurship Competition Awards Ceremony will also be hosted to recognize 140 award-winning projects.

This year's Summit will set up an international innovation exhibition area for the first time, gathering scientific and technological innovation organizations and groups with outstanding projects from Brazil, Ireland, Thailand, and other countries and regions. A series of cooperation and exchange sub-events will also be held. In addition, the Summit has attracted outstanding projects from the US, Germany, the UK, France, Sweden, Finland, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Malaysia, Iran, Israel, Belarus, and other countries.

During the Summit, the first High-level Talent Hub Construction Forum will kick off, with keynote speeches and round-table dialogues focusing on topics spanning from dialogues with high-level professionals, prospects of the cutting-edge scientific technologies, exploration of the sciences, and insights into the investment for innovation. Additionally, the Fifth Session of the Inter-departmental Coordination Group for the Integrated Development of Talent in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region will be held.
