To further optimize the business environment and improve targeted services, the Beijing Municipal Administration for Market Regulation recently issued the List of Services Provided by Market Supervision Departments to Enterprises. The List focuses on the full-life-cycle needs of enterprises from start-up to maturity, involving 64 targeted services in 25 categories. It helps enterprises to quickly find corresponding consultation hotline numbers and online options, leading to less trouble and more profit.

The List breaks enterprise growth down into four stages, namely start-up, growth, high-quality development, and rights protection. It offers 64 services in 25 categories, such as business license issuance, business license update, fair competition and trade secret protection. In the start-up stage, 15 services are provided based on the demands of different sorts of businesses. These include domestic and foreign-funded company registration, issuance of food production and operation licenses, and special equipment certification. During the growth stage, 34 services are available, focusing on the core needs that involve information update of company registration, company relocation, and credit management. These services encompass license update, "one-stop government services", credit restoration, and corporate annual reports. In the high-quality development stage, there are nine supporting measures such as quality and technical assistance, and subsidy for standardization strategy implementation. In the rights protection stage, six services are provided, including name dispute resolution, consumer dispute mediation, and prepaid card management compliance guidance. These services work together to strongly safeguard company rights and interests.
