Beijing International Theatre Centre opened to visitors in September 2021. As one of the highest-level professional drama theatres in China, it has a floor area of about 23,000 square meters and contains two professional drama theatres, namely "Cao Yu Theatre" and "People's Art Small Theatre", which can accommodate 700 and 300 spectators respectively.
