This spring, a travel mode known as "Color Walk" has gone viral online. Just pick a color before heading out, then focus on finding and capturing things in that color. Beijing's spring offers a dazzling palette. Which color will you pick?

Ancient Architecture Red
Red is perhaps Beijing's most iconic and vibrant color and you can see it on many historic buildings in the city. At the Beijing Xuannan Culture Museum, red walls and gray tiles blend with picturesque magnolia blossoms. Just outside the walls is Niujie Street (famous for Halal food), perfect for trying out various local delicacies when you need a break.

Peach Pink
Pink is spring's gentlest whisper. At the China National Botanical Garden (North Garden), the Peach Blossom Creek west of Cao Xueqin Memorial Hall is at its most scenic time, awash in pink-and-white spring beauty. In addition, the 4th Peach Blossom Viewing Season and World Famous Flower Exhibition (桃花观赏季暨世界名花展) is now underway here, featuring five exhibitions and over 65 educational activities, scheduled to run until May 5.

Tulip Orange
You can encounter this vibrant hue at the 31st Spring Flower - Tulip Cultural Festival (春花·郁金香文化节) at Zhongshan Park. The event will run until April 30 and features seven themed areas, offering a wonderful variety of flowers including tulips. After admiring the blooms, take a stroll along Chang'an Avenue to WF Central for its "Waking into Dreams - Coffee Lifestyle Festival" (清醒入梦集·咖啡生活节), which will continue to April 6.

Healing Green
Lush greenery is something that no one can overlook during spring. Head to the CBD's Fitness Greenway, which stretches east from the Jianwai SOHO (West Area) all the way to the Beijing Radio & Television Station, north to the CBD Urban Forest Park, and south to Qingfeng Park. The greenway is also adjacent to the China World Mall, which offers a variety of delicious dining options with a perfect combination of sightseeing and culinary exploration.

Klein Blue
A fan of blue? Then Shichahai is a must-visit! Here, where the blue sky and shimmering water complement each other gracefully, local life and commerce intertwine, and magnolia flowers quietly bloom. It is simply too stunning to miss. If you don't want to walk, you can head to Shichahai Water Sports Center and try stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, dragon boating, and other water activities there to unlock a brand-new way to enjoy spring.

Pear Blossom White
Spring is in full swing, and the century-old pear trees at Zhihua Temple have quietly burst into bloom. The scene of petals cascading like a gentle shower is truly unmissable. After you finish touring there, make your way to Galaxy SOHO, a strikingly modern white architectural complex. Here, you can pick a café for a peaceful break.
