Flower Viewing
China National Botanical Garden
In spring, the scenic area is like a vibrant classroom where everyone can learn something about nature, with millions of spring blossoms in nearly 1,000 varieties — including those of peach, magnolia, and plum.

From March 21 to September 21, the scenic area hosts a special exhibition titled "The Amazing Encounters of Plants and Animals" with three themed areas — the "Hardy Begonia Zone" (秋海棠区), the "Fern Forest" (蕨世之森), and the "Predators' Garden" (捕食者花园) — showcasing fascinating scientific facts about rainforest ecosystems, and predatory symbiosis.
Olympic Forest Park's Flower Festival
The 3rd Beijing Chaoyang Garden Festival and the 15th Olympic Forest Park Flower Viewing Season — Spring Flower Festival is now underway.

Between the east gate and the north gate of the North Park, crabapple, flowering plum, and cherry blossoms form a dense landscape. The 3-kilometer-long "Waterfront Flower Corridor" by Aohai Lake in the South Park showcases a dazzling variety of species with overlapping blooming periods, including forsythia, apricot, purple-leafed plum, peach, crabapple, and cherry.
China Scientists Museum
The museum is hosting several thematic exhibitions featuring precious historical materials (including letters, manuscripts, scientific instruments, writings, audio and video recordings of Chinese scientists throughout their academic development), as well as cultural relics and documents depicting significant events in China's scientific and technological advancement. These exhibitions appeal to both school-age children and adults.
Haitang Huaxi of Yuan Dynasty City Wall Relics Park
Haitang Huaxi (literally meaning "a stream with crabapple flowers") is one of Beijing's most renowned spring flower events. The park launched its Crabapple Flower Festival on April 2, featuring over 10,000 crabapple trees of 56 varieties for the first time.
