Several universities in Beijing have recently announced spring breaks scheduled before the start of May.
The Beijing Information Science and Technology University has announced that its spring break will run from April 6 to 12. This marks the university's second consecutive year of implementing a spring break. During the break, the university will organize 104 study tours and research activities (including those organized by the university's colleges) across six themes, expected to involve over 6,500 participants.

In addition, the Beijing Union University will use the spring break to organize the faculty and students to engage in a variety of social practice activities such as professional internships, social surveys, and volunteer services. The Communication University of China and the China Women's University will organize various reading activities during their spring breaks. The Beijing Language and Culture University and Minzu University of China will launch their spring activity weeks in late April.
Currently, primary and secondary schools in Beijing have not yet announced plans to introduce spring breaks, but some schools will launch spring study tour programs around the Qingming Festival holiday (April 4 to 6).
