New Parks
Yuhe Wetland Park (玉河湿地公园)

Covering 85.04 hectares, Yuhe Wetland Park centers around the vast, crystal-clear "Yu Lake" (玉湖). Two winding embankments encircle the lake, while twelve small islands are scattered across the water, connected by elegantly designed bridges.
The park features over 100 native plant species, attracting diverse birds and insects and forming a thriving ecosystem. The now-viral white-sand beach — nicknamed "Haidian's Aranya" — is located on the western side of the park's northern area.
Songzhuang Cultural and Creative Park (宋庄文化创意公园)

As a regional comprehensive park covering 20.76 hectares, Songzhuang Cultural and Creative Park is carefully landscaped to offer "scenery for all four seasons". It has 1,531 deciduous trees, complemented by evergreens and groundcover plants, allowing visitors to enjoy lush nature all year round. A 4,000-square-meter EAU-coated running track provides a professional and comfortable space for running enthusiasts.
Shijingshan Tiaoseban Park (石景山调色板公园)

Fully opened at the end of November, Shijingshan Tiaoseban Park offers more options for fitness, leisure, and family fun with its Children's Play Area, Active Sports Zone, and Sunny Relaxation Zone. A 1,500-meter tree-shaded walking trail runs through the entire park — perfect for walking or jogging at any time to recharge your energy.
Shahe Area of the Future Science City Ecological Leisure Park (未来城生态休闲公园沙河片区)

The Shahe Area of the Future Science City Ecological Leisure Park is Beijing's first bird-watching-themed park. Built upon its existing ecological base, the park now hosts wetlands, colorful forests, meadows, shrublands, and farmland — creating five major bird-watching zones. It adds over 3,400 trees and more than 200,000 square meters of shrubs and groundcover, enriching the landscape and providing essential habitats for birds and other wildlife.
