The 11th Beijing Institute of Technology International Culture Festival kicked off on November 22.

During the performance segment, students from various countries came together to present a cross-border artistic extravaganza. The opening drum performance kicked off the show with its powerful beats, followed by Indonesian, Russian, and Pakistani-style shows and Burmese and Vietnamese dance performances. This segment offered visitors a vibrant tapestry of different cultures.

The vibrant exhibition area showcased cultures from around the world and was attended by numerous Chinese and foreign faculty members and students. A total of 45 booths presented traditions and customs from over 40 countries across the world. Besides the distinctive coffee varieties from Laos and Ethiopia, barbecue from Pacific Island nations and sweet Southeast Asian desserts also drew attention from the visitors. At the Chinese booth, visitors could participate in hands-on activities such as painting water-marbled silk scarves and crafting fragrant sachets. The "BIT Passport" stamp-collecting activity was also a major hit.
