Beijing Daxing International Airport (PKX) and Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU) have further expanded their "three-way call" language service for international passengers. The number of offline service points has increased from one to four, covering areas such as international and domestic check-in and waiting lounges within the terminal building.
Using the dedicated hotline established with BFSU, the airport staff can ask students majoring in translation for assistance when encountering situations requiring language support. These students deliver real-time interpretation of passenger requests and airport responses, effectively leveraging the university's foreign language expertise to meet the needs of international passengers.

The service currently offers real-time interpretation in eight languages: English, Japanese, Korean, French, Spanish, Arabic, German, and Russian. In-person service points are located at the Passenger Service Center at E Zone on Level 4, the International Zone West Side Counter on Level 3, the East Counter in the Central Core Area of the Mixed Flow Zone on Level 2, and the "Beijing Service" airport service counter on Level 1. Passengers can also access the service via the hotline +86-10-96158. English telephone interpretation is available 24/7, while service in the other seven languages is offered from 9:00 to 17:00 daily.
In addition, Daxing Airport has introduced AI translation devices at the "Beijing Service" airport service counter, providing intelligent translation through face-to-face voice input. The airport has also set up various functional zones, including those for comprehensive services, transportation, payment, and cultural tourism, making travel more efficient and convenient for international passengers.
