In 2026, Beijing launched its first batch of 52 tourism and leisure greenways.

The Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism has partnered with platforms including Keep, Amap, Ctrip, Meituan, Qunar, and Weibo to simultaneously launch dedicated "Beijing Tourism and Leisure Greenways" pages and brand hubs. Residents and tourists can simply search for keywords on these platforms to instantly access route guides, nearby facilities, and event registration information for all 52 greenways.

Among these initiatives, the Keep app has launched a greenway-themed check-in campaign. Participants can join by scanning a QR code and earn points through activity check-ins. These points can be used for prize draws or redeemed for Keep merchandise and trendy "Beijing Gifts" collectibles. Collecting all 52 virtual badges allows participants to redeem a physical medal themed around the tourism and leisure greenways. From urban trails to forest paths, all 52 greenways across Beijing are waiting for you to explore.
