In the first half of this year, the value added of Beijing's digital economy sector grew by 7.8 percent year on year, with that of the core digital economy industries up 9.8 percent, making a significant contribution to the city's GDP growth.
During the same period, tasks in four key areas were advanced for the development of the artificial intelligence (AI) industry.
1. Building a comprehensive policy support framework and establishing a domestically leading full-stack AI policy support system, with municipal-district coordination in issuing computing power vouchers and data vouchers;
2. Developing benchmark clusters for the AI industry and the AI agent operating system "Linkee OS";
3. Constructing a green and efficient integrated computing power network, with 22,000 petaflops of new intelligent computing power added to bring the total capacity to 82,000 petaflops;
4. Establishing a high-quality and reliable data supply system, with more than 50 cooperation intentions reached for the supply and demand of high-quality datasets.
In the second half of this year, the "AI+" action plan will be further advanced. Methods include introducing dedicated support policies for embodied intelligence, formulating development policies for the token economy, building a support system combining "super nodes and industry nodes", striving to add 50,000 petaflops of intelligent computing power, and completing over 100 high-quality datasets for general and specialized industrial knowledge.
