Wanli, an international commercial and entertainment complex, will open by the end of this year. With a total floor area of approximately 500,000 square meters, it is located just across from the Universal Beijing Resort and adjacent to the Huazhuang subway station. The complex will comprise three sections: Wangfujing WellTown, Tingyun Town, and Nous Land Hotel.

Set to be the largest outlet in North China, Wangfujing WellTown is now in the final stage of construction. Work is underway on a 35-meter-high water curtain installation. In the future, an artificial waterfall will cascade down from the rooftop of this six-story building, expected to become a new social media landmark.

Next to the outlet, Nous Land Hotel, built to five-star hotel standards, has been completed. Operated by BTG Hotels, this luxury art resort features 329 guest rooms inspired by the ancient Hanging Gardens of Babylon, an infinity pool on its 10th floor overlooking the Universal Beijing Resort, and an exclusive passageway reaching directly to the commercial zone nearby, offering guests effortless access to accommodation services, shopping fun and recreational offers.

Tingyun Town, built on a subway depot, is planned with three sections: the commercial street in the north, the residential zone in the south, and the volcanic park. The commercial street will house trendy boutiques, specialty restaurants, and bars offering tipsy drinks. The residential zone will feature 13 uniquely themed courtyards with ingeniously designed premium resort hotels. The volcanic park will invite urbanites into an "urban wilderness" through wonders blending nature and technologies — 3D projection mapping shows, themed markets, and stargazing campsites will transform the park into a vibrant, 24-hour destination.

The transportation network of this micro vacation town will also offer great convenience, with rail transit lines including Line 1 (Batong Line), Line 7, and the planned S6 Line to converge here. The Universal Beijing Resort is just one subway station away from the town. The planned S6 Line will connect the Beijing Daxing International Airport and the Beijing Capital International Airport, with a station at the Beijing Sub-Center Railway Station. This network will ensure easy access for visitors from the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. After the complex's opening by the end of this year, shuttle buses heading for the Universal Beijing Resort will also be available.
