The second half of 2025 will see the opening of a micro-resort town with fashionable, artistic, and futuristic tastes located across the street from Universal Beijing Resort.
The super commercial and entertainment complex named "Wanli" includes three major sections: Wangfujing Welltown, Nuolan Hotel, and Tingyun Micro-resort Town. Wangfujing Welltown will be the largest outlet commercial center in Beijing, with plans to introduce over 500 renowned brands from both domestic and international markets.
From the architectural model, this outlet mall resembles a sky garden, with a 30-meter-high waterfall cascading down from the atrium. It also features the largest naked-eye 3D screen in the North China region.
The Nuolan Hotel's infinity pool, which offers a view of the Universal Beijing Resort light display through the window, is also an incentive for fashion lovers.
Observing from the Tingyun Art Museum's platform, one can see the distinctive small structures of Tingyun Town that protrude from the ground. Tingyun Town comprises various new experiential cultural and tourism formats such as a commercial street, a city that never sleeps, a group of characteristic hotels, Tingyun Park, Beijing's first "China National Geographic Explorer Center", the French-style Little Prince Park, and URIDE Skatepark.
The main construction of Wangfujing Outlets and Nuolan Hotel in the "Wanli" project has been completed. The project is expected to be fully completed in the latter half of 2025, given the accelerated growth of Tingyun Town.
