On June 18, the "Global Business Opportunities" (环球商机) platform, developed for Zhongguancun Sci-Tech Innovation Global Parlor, officially went online. The platform provides daily updates on firsthand procurement needs from authoritative international institutions, helping sci-tech innovation enterprises verify overseas order information and navigate through fragmented procurement channels.

All procurement information comes from authoritative international organizations such as the United Nations and the World Bank. Of the 31 orders released as of June 18, more than 85 percent came from 12 specialized agencies within the UN system, while the remaining orders were from the World Bank and EuropeAid (Directorate-General for International Partnerships of the European Commission). Overall, the orders came from five continents, with more than 70 percent from the Belt and Road partner countries.

The current batch of orders closely aligns with three of Beijing's strongest sci-tech innovation sectors: laboratory and medical equipment (35 percent), ICT and intelligent manufacturing (29 percent), and green energy and advanced equipment (23 percent).

The platform is supported by full-process offline services, including order interpretation, bid guidance, qualification support and compliance consulting. It also offers dedicated one-on-one service records to track the entire process, from order matching to final fulfillment.
