On the afternoon of September 25, the launch ceremony for the China (Beijing) Securities and Futures Arbitration Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Center") was held at the International Commercial Arbitration Center (Beijing), located in CP Center in the Beijing CBD.
The launch of the Center marks a critical step for Beijing in constructing a specialized dispute resolution system for the securities and futures sector and in enhancing the rule of law in its capital market. During the event, the Securities and Futures Arbitration Rules was officially released, which emphasizes three core principles: "Specialization, Efficiency, and Digital Intelligence". It is designed to provide more precise, flexible, and efficient arbitration services for the capital markets.
The establishment of the Center represents a significant milestone in the 30-year history of the Beijing Arbitration Commission. It also signifies an important step made in the specialization and internationalization of the dispute resolution mechanism for China's capital markets.
